We have our line tequilas in 375 ml and 750 ml presentations, as well as Special Editions of Huichol Art, Day of the Dead, Tahona and others subject to availability.
Purchasing process
- You must place your order through our online store, in your shopping cart verify that the order and quantities are correct, add your shipping address and enter your payment method.
The Order Number of your order will be sent to your email, as well as its details, you will be contacted via WhatsApp to send you your tracking number for parcel tracking once shipped.
Purchase Guarantee
• To claim your Guarantee, you must share photographs of evidence immediately upon receiving your request and explain the situation to WhatsApp customer service to review the case and offer a solution.
- Guarantees will not be processed after 7 days of receiving your order.

SHIPPING
Do you deliver?
• If so, we ship to all of Mexico 🇲🇽 Free on a minimum purchase of $1,000 mxn, or shipping cost of $250 on minor purchases.
How long does shipping take?
• The shipment is processed the business day after your purchase once your payment has been verified correctly, and it may take between 3 to 6 business days to arrive at your address with PAQUETEXPRESS.
🚚 Due to traffic and distance conditions, it is not possible to establish a specific delivery date, this depends on the delivery company and is totally variable.(otra opcion que veo en muchas webs) In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
Do you ship outside of Mexico?
• No, we only sell and ship in the Mexican Republic. We do not ship abroad.

Do you offer Tours? / What do the tours include?
• Yes, that's right, we offer different tours and personalized experiences, to choose the ones that best fit your itinerary and budget.

How do I Reserve for a Tour?
-You can book directly from our website at http://cavadeoro.mx/tours/
-It is necessary to reserve at least 2 business days from the date of interest for your visit.
-In case of booking for the same day, the company is free to cancel the tour without refund of payment.
Do the Tours Include Transportation?
-Our Tour of 2 hrs are direct in the factory and don't include transportation, if you like we can quote you the transfer at an additional cost.
- Our experiences are include the transportation from Guadalajara, or from Tequila town.

AGAVE FLAVORS

• Sabores del Agave consists of a Tour and Pairing Dinner at our Factory, it is an exclusive personalized experience for your group of 5 to 10 people maximum.
-How much does Sabores del Agave cost?
- It has a cost of $1,950 mexican pesos per person
- EVENT ONLY FOR PEOPLE OVER 18 YEARS OLD, MINORS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
- RESERVATION FOR GROUPS OF 4 TO 20 PEOPLE.
-What does Flavors of Agave include?
-Includes a guided tour of our Factory by an expert tequila maker,
-Know the process of making tequila,
-Packaging area for our bottles
-Visit to the Aging Cellar
-It closes with a 3-course pairing dinner with gourmet cuisine,
-Accompaniment of the chef and explanation of its preparation,
-Pairing with 3 of our premium Tequilas.
-Transportation to and from La Minerva in Guadalajara
-Agave Flavors Schedule
-The transportation service would pick up in Zona La Minerva at 4:40 pm (Tolerance of 10 minutes)
-The punctual tour starts at 6:00 pm, so we require you to be at the factory at least 10 minutes before. And it ends at approximately 9:30 pm to return to La Minerva in Guadalajara or in the town square of Tequila.
-Agave Flavors Cancellation
-Cancellations up to 7 days before the event will receive a 100% refund.
-Cancellations up to 4 days before the event will receive a 40% refund of the total amount.
-For cancellations of less than 3 days, no refund of the amount paid is made.
- Agave Flavors Reservation
-Reservations must be made at least 7 days before the date of your event.
-The reservation must be for the total amount per person.

• No, we currently do not have our event spaces for rent.
Do you rent for Photo Sessions?
• You can do your Photo Session in our spaces at no cost, it is only necessary to book in advance and we appreciate it if you tag us in your publications when you share your photos on social networks.
