SHIPPING CONDITIONS

– Purchase process –

 

• Shipping to all of Mexico Free on a minimum purchase of $1,500 mxn, or shipping cost of $250 on minor purchases.

 

• The shipment is processed the next business day after your purchase once the payment is approved, and it can take between 3 and 6 business days to reach your address. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, the order will be processed on the next business day.

 

• Cava de Oro only ships and sells to the Mexican republic. We do not ship to international destinations.

 

• 🚚 Due to traffic and distance conditions, it is not possible to establish a specific delivery date, this depends on the PAQUETEXPRESS delivery company and is totally variable. Delivery times may take longer around holidays or due to circumstances out of our control. Our carriers don’t deliver on the weekend or holidays.

 

• To claim your Guarantee, you must share photographs of evidence immediately upon receiving your request and explain the situation to WhatsApp customer service to review the case and offer a solution.

 

-Guarantees will not be processed after 7 days of receiving your order.
